How
is Labiaplasty - Cosmetic vaginal surgery performed?
The surgeon will shorten the length of the labia when they are too long, making them even and harmonious. If only a certain portion of the labia is overgrown, only that portion will be reduced to make them symmetric. If both labia are overgrown, both of them will be reduced. Then, a fat injection that will permanently restore the lost volume of flaccid labia minora and of the labia majora is applied.
