What does penis enlargement consist of?

• Girth increase: the surgeon makes a minor liposuction in your abdomen with a special syringe. Then he processes the extracted fat and injects approximately 1.8 in3 (30 cc) of it under the skin of your penis.
• Length increase: the surgeon makes a small incision in the shape of an inverted V in the pubic area and, working through it, he cuts the suspensory ligament; this liberates the upper part of the penis and makes it longer. Then he closes de incision with sutures so that the inverted V acquires the shape of an inverted Y. The straight section of the Y corresponds to the length gained.

Hospitalization
There is no need to be hospitalized, it is done on an outpatient basis.

You may have a 30% increase in the girth of your penis and a considerable increase in its length. The angle of the erection will not change and the functionality of the penis will not suffer any decline.
