Preliminary Quote
Once you have sent us your query, asking for either further information or a personal quote, you will be assigned a Patient Information Center advisor, who will contact you by Telephone or E-mail (within 24 hours after making your inquiry).
The advisor will let you know about all the details and information on our procedures and the physicians that perform them. Subsequently, he will also prepare and send you a preliminary quotation of a "medical trip" tailored to meet your needs.
From the moment you contact us, we will begin to work for you to answer all your questions and address your concerns. You'll receive a wealth of pertinent information that will allow you to make an informed decision about your medical trip. And if you decide to move forward, we'll help you in every step of the way.

Our consultant will forward your questions on to the physician to then give the doctor's answers back to you.
In case you need to receive more and specific advice, you may be requested to send pictures or previous medical studies for the physician to analyze.
You'll also be able to have a conference call with the doctor, for him to answer all the questions you may have and talk about your particular case. For many medical procedures, the doctor will need to get your transcripts, MRIs, x-rays, photos, etc. You'll also be asked to fill in a medical record form. As a result of this, you'll receive your final personal quote according to your particular case and needs.

Trip reservation
After your consultation process is completed and the physician confirms that you are fit to undergo the procedure, you will be assigned a tentative date for the medical trip. The date and reservations will be set according to your convenience.

Trip confirmation
At this stage your case is now hand over to our Patients Care Center where confirmed patients are assisted. The trip will be confirmed once the initial deposit is made and the date is set. However, it is also possible for the patient to fix a date later on. In the event that the patient prefers not to set a date at this stage, he will have the possibility to do so afterwards.

We plan and coordinate your medical trip
One of our Patients Care Center advisor will make the hotel reservations, assign the personal assistants and organize all transfer services. Plenitas will plan a personalized trip and send the schedule to you.
Before your trip, according to your medical examination and depending on the procedure, you may be asked to send us additional medical exams or pictures.
Also, during this process we will send you information about our city, climate and any other tourist tips you may need before traveling to Buenos Aires, once the second and remaining payment is done.

We welcome you at the airport and the experience begins!
Your flight to Buenos Aires will arrive at Ezeiza International Airport (EZE), where one of our personal assistants will welcome you. You will be taken to your hotel in a private car and accompanied by your personal assistant.

Welcome meeting
You'll have a welcome meeting with your Patients Care Center advisor at our office. At this moment, you'll receive a fully detailed schedule of your medical trip, information about the procedure and additional tourist information. You'll also be provided with a cell phone for you to keep until your trip ends. You'll learn about further details of your medical trip and you can always count on your advisors to meet your needs.

We go with you to have your pre-surgical tests done and we escort you to the hotel
Prior to the requested procedure, you will have your medical examinations done according to your treatment. At both this stage and the subsequent face-to-face consultation with the doctor, a Plenitas' assistant will accompany you at all times.

We introduce you to the specialist
You will have a meeting with our specialist at a pre-arranged date and time for you to explain your expectation on the procedure to be performed. The doctor will give you a feedback and support on your surgery expectations.

Surgical procedure
After having done your medical tests and having met the physician, you will get the desired procedures. We will chauffer you to the clinic and make sure you feel relaxed at all times. In the event of surgical treatments, if a great number of procedures were necessary, the surgeon may choose to divide them in two or more operations, taking into account what is best for the patient.

We accompany you after the surgery and during your recovery
You will recover following the doctor's instructions. The first few days after surgery are the most important to get adequate rest. Usually, 2 to 4 post-surgical appointments will be necessary for the surgeon to check your general condition and ensure that you are healing well. In the last consultation, the stitches will be removed (if applicable) and you will be granted a medical authorization to return to your country.

Post-treatment enjoyment
After recovering, once the surgeon is pleased with your progress, you will be given authorization to enjoy some of the interesting attractions our city offers. We'll make all necessary arrangements for you to make some travel excursion either within or outside the city, according to the doctor's permission.

We wish you a happy return home
A Plenitas' personal assistant will chauffeur you from the hotel to the airport in order to fly back home and enjoy your new achievement.

Post-trip care
